Can I track expenses in different currencies?
Yes. Every plan supports receipts in CAD, USD, EUR and other currencies. Each receipt keeps its original currency, with separate spending totals and currency filters for Insights and report selections. Amounts are not automatically converted into a single home currency.
Which export formats are included?
Personal includes PDF, Excel and CSV. Professional and Corporate also include JSON, offline HTML and complete folder ZIP exports. Personal amounts are excluded from Corporate expense reports submitted to finance.
Can I share reports without joining a company?
Yes. Professional is for independent consultants, salespeople and others who need to report their work. Download Excel, PDF, CSV, JSON or offline HTML, or create a fixed report link that expires after 1–30 days. Send the link by email, WhatsApp or another app. Teams and submitting expenses for approval require membership in a Corporate workspace.
How do Personal savings ideas work?
See month-to-month spending, categories, vendors and six months of trends. Where your receipts show the same item at different stores with comparable units, Picasify shows the observed price difference and the source receipts. These are ideas based on past purchases; current prices and availability may differ.
What happens after my trial?
Choose a paid plan to keep adding expenses. You can still view and export existing records. New uploads and public sharing pause until you choose a plan. There is no automatic charge.
What counts toward the photo allowance?
Each successfully uploaded photo uses one allowance, including photos uploaded by contributors. Retry attempts and edits do not use extra photos. Personal includes 100 new photos per month; Professional includes 500. Corporate includes 500 per paid seat, shared across the company—for example, 3 seats include 1,500 photos. The allowance resets on your monthly renewal date, including on annual plans. Unused photos do not roll over. Previously saved receipts remain available and do not use the next month’s allowance. Deleting a photo does not refund an upload.
What is a folder?
A useful name for related expenses: a client visit, a trip, a business or a month. Add the photo first, then choose where it belongs.
What if I need more photos this month?
Add 100 photos for a one-time C$5. The extra allowance expires at the next monthly reset shown in your account; it does not renew or roll over. Available with a paid plan; company administrators manage Corporate top-ups. Existing storage-based subscriptions keep their agreed terms.
Can employees use their own accounts?
Yes. Corporate employees accept an email invitation and sign in with their own passwords. Company administrators manage teams and people. Managers assign work; finance reviews submitted expenses. The platform owner portal is separate.
Does approval mean reimbursement?
No. A finance approval records that the report was accepted. Picasify does not infer that money was paid, that a purchase is tax deductible or that an invoice has been settled.
Where are the mobile apps?
Use Picasify on iPhone and Android with the same account. Take photos or choose from your camera roll, save them offline, and sync automatically over Wi-Fi or mobile data.
