A few useful details.
Uploads and supported formats
Web uploads accept JPEG, PNG and WebP, up to 25 MB and 40 megapixels each. Add up to 50 photos per batch and 300 per work record; Corporate can adjust the record limit. PDF, HEIC and video uploads are not supported on the web in this version.
Offline capture and your originals
Mobile saves photos offline and syncs automatically when connected over Wi-Fi or mobile data. Web uploads need a connection and an open page until they finish. Unfiled web drafts stay in that browser; clearing its storage removes them.
Picasify retains optimized images up to 2400 px on the long edge and removes GPS metadata. Keep archival originals separately.
Accuracy and business decisions
Printed English text reads best. Handwriting and very small text are less reliable. Check the original image and correct extracted details before using them. A finance approval records acceptance, not payment, tax eligibility or settlement.
Sharing and export copies
Anyone with an unprotected link can view it. Links can be forwarded; saved copies cannot be recalled. Contributed photos count toward your allowance and you can remove them.
Exports are snapshots; later edits do not update them. Private ZIP downloads expire after 24 hours. Shared report links expire after the 1–30 days you choose. A complete work ZIP includes retained photos, thumbnails, index.csv, extracted.json, contributions.csv and an offline index.html viewer.
