A little help
goes a long way.

How do I prepare an expense report?
Add receipt photos, check the extracted details and mark business or personal use. Keep related expenses in Work, then export one receipt, a folder or a period from Insights as Excel, PDF, CSV or offline HTML.
Which files can I add?
JPEG, PNG and WebP images up to 25 MB each and 40 megapixels, up to 50 photos per batch and 300 per work record (Corporate can adjust the record limit in Account settings). Photograph receipts or invoices, then upload the images. PDF, HEIC and video uploads are not included in this first web version.
Why is text extraction still processing?
Your image is available as soon as it has uploaded. Text extraction runs afterward. If it fails, open the image and choose Retry text extraction. Printed English text works best in the default setup; handwriting and very small text may be less reliable.
Can I upload while offline?
Web drafts stay in this browser until uploaded; keep your originals and the upload page open. The mobile app saves photos on the phone and syncs when a permitted connection returns.
How do I stop a shared link?
Open the project's Share settings and choose Stop sharing, or close the project. Future requests through that link and its QR code will stop working. Copies already saved by recipients cannot be recalled. Creating another link will also require a new printed QR.
How do I recover my password?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The recovery link expires in one hour and can be used once.
How do I save or delete my data?
Export each project before deleting it. Project exports include images, captions and extracted text. Account deletion is available in Account settings and permanently removes your project records.
Let someone add photos
- Choose the link. Open the project’s sharing settings and enable photo uploads for that link. Links start read-only. Set a PIN or expiry if needed.
- Send it to your contributor. They open the link in a browser, enter the PIN if you set one, give their name and choose photos to upload. They do not need an account. Their name appears with the photos they add.
- Keep control of your record. Added photos count toward your photo allowance. You can delete any contributed photo from your project. Deletion removes it from the project and the shared viewer; it cannot recall a copy someone already saved.
- Turn uploads off when the visit is over. Disable uploads for that link to stop new contributions while keeping it available for viewing. Use Stop sharing to end viewing access as well.
Anyone with an upload-enabled link and its PIN, if set, can add photos. Send it only to people you intend to invite.
