Using Picasify.
These terms cover your use of Picasify. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.
Your content
Upload and share only content you have the right and legal authority to use. Do not upload unlawful, exploitative or infringing material. You decide whether photographs, documents and extracted text may be shared, and you remain responsible for that decision. Your content stays yours.
What the service provides
Picasify organizes work photos into projects, reads text and structured details from them, builds records, reports and exports from that data, and lets you share projects through links you control.
Extraction errors
Text and details read from photos can contain errors. Always check the original image before relying on a value, for example before ordering a part, paying an invoice or signing off work. Reports carry the same caution.
Optimized copies, not originals
Picasify keeps optimized copies of your images (JPEG, long edge up to 2400 pixels), not the files you uploaded. Keep your own archive of originals.
Accounts
Personal and Professional accounts have a single owner. Corporate accounts can add member accounts; the Corporate account owner remains responsible for the organization, its members, its billing and its content. Do not share your password.
Links are bearer credentials
Anybody with a project link can view an unprotected project until the link expires or you revoke it. Links you allow uploads on also let people add photos to your project. Forwarded links and saved copies can't be recalled.
Trial and plans
Plan allowances are listed on the pricing page. The free trial has its own allowance and does not charge automatically. When the trial ends without a paid plan, new uploads and public sharing pause while you keep the ability to sign in, view and export. Closed projects still count toward the photo allowance. When an allowance is full, uploads pause; nothing is deleted automatically.
Billing
Prices are in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes (HST). Annual plans are billed up front at ten times the monthly price. Until self-serve card billing opens, paid plans and pilots are invoiced directly and due within 15 days. Cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period, and partial periods are not refunded. Price changes take effect with 30 days' notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute is heard in the courts of Ontario.
